Was looking for a good deal, on my son birthday… let’s just say I found the Best Buy!!!! The customer service was excellent, I’ve always brought my electronics from Best Buy, been some years, but felt like I was back at home, so guess immmmmm backkkkkk!!!

Works just like the one that came with the box, but in a nice silver color! FYI the black circle on the back is a shungite sticker

I enjoy this controller but it does get stick drift after some time. I would recommend getting hall effect sticks if you want to game without problems!

Great quality, and I absolutely love the color. Different colors depending on the light. Also, they do not need to adjust dead zones on controller automatically sets when connected to playstation. Definitely will by one in the near future.

This thing looks and feels as premium as it looks in pictures. I hardly use this controller but I have a gut feeling I'm going to be using it a lot more often seeing as how my other controllers get daily use and I don't know the resilience on the batteries in these controllers so I'm just keeping it clean and using it lightly until one the other ones die or won't recharge. Which was the case with my ps 4 controller after a month of use. It is a beautiful blue and the buttons and everything on this controller looks lovely in that color.

I’ve used this for about a year now bought last December. Have I had many issues stepped on it dropped. It still worked fine.

Went in for a warranty swap and it was done smoothly. No additional questions, just grabbed my replacement and bought another. Great service to be honest
