Quality of the controller was excellent looks like someone bought it and returned it the same day. Shipping was fast expecting it to be in within 4 days it came in the 2nd day.

My son loves this controller and it is the main one he uses for his gaming. He enjoys the ease and easy feel of the buttons and how well they allow him to maneuver quickly with his characters

This controller is the best. I like the way it feels in my hand when im holding it and the grip of the controller is amazing its smooth buttons is one of the most important thing of all, not easy to break. I will recommend this product

I love this remote and the black/grey color combo. The remote itself is comfortable to play with and sleek. It also holds up for a long time, but I love that we can purchase warranty with it for only $20!

My old controller's charge would not hold so got a new one and this works fine. Nice that they have different color options

Very good controller. Fits very firmly in my hand and never disappoints. Its way different from any other controllers Sony had made before in the past. But although it took a while at first to get used to it, over time it started feeling more natural.

It's a PS5 controller, but in a cool color. This purchase was all about the aesthetic. The haptic feedback is fun, and the built in mic works surprisingly well if you don't already have a headset. My only real gripe across the board is battery life, but that's a Sony issue, not a Best Buy issue. As far as Best Buy, I ordered via the app, drove to the store after work, and was able to pick up seamlessly.

Better quality compared to the camo controller, this is the new controller that has fixed mechanics on the joysticks and triggers, not worried at all that this will break or drift.

Very durable and worth the price. Plus the dual sensors are way better than the dual shock as the size is better. It is also a lot more comfortable while in your hands.
