A huge upgrade

It just feels much better in my hands comparing to a PS4 controller. I recommend this product.

I stopped by Best Buy because my Sony PlayStation controller was acting up. I had insurance coverage so it was so easy, I handed the Best Buy Associate my controller, chose the color purple for the replacement, paid for new insurance coverage and was on my way out of the store. So easy and painless!
