Shoddy manufacturing, not Best Buy’s fault

Great controller

I love the haptic feedback, the motion controls it has even if it’s not as much as the Nintendo switch controllers, and the touchpad. These all make gameplay on the ps5 way more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend these to people.

Perfect color, for a near perfect controller

It feels great, and I prefer the dark color over the white. The white looks great, but I’m afraid it will start to change colors from use. I think the stock PS5 controllers are a little more premium than the stock Xbox controllers, but I’m not a fan of the touchpad. Otherwise, this controller is great.

Yup, It is PURPLE

In game play is smooth and precise. The controller has a good feel in your hand has some weight to it. And did I mention they ( Sony ) made this thing PURPLE? Real deep color to it, fantastic grip, and made my wife's day when she unboxed this PURPLE controller for hours of her game play!

It feels solid and well-made, unlike some other controllers I've tried. I especially appreciate the ruggedness – it's really made a difference in not breaking when tossed around a few times. Same controller, different design

My son chose this controller for the camo design and loves it. I can’t really describe it but it has a nice and smooth finish/ feel to it. We all love it. Works just like any other controller.
