Good controller. But doesn’t come with any charging wire.

Ehhh… the color really didn’t do anything for me, in think the white or red is better

So happy to get these controllers during Black Friday sale. Loving that they have the fast C port. No issues so far as I recently bought but will update if/when needed.

The Dualsense controllers are arguably Sony’s best designed controllers. They feel great and the buttons are very responsive. Love all the different colors as well.

This is the second controller I’ve had, I exchamged the first for this one, that has a button that doesn’t work right. It feels as if its depressed more than the other buttons and only goes down half as far. It cause misinputs at times. The one I have now is the ‘X’ button, the one before was L1. Going to be trying to exchange again.

Love this controller. Looks better than the plain white ones. Playability is the same as the white ones. Picked it up on a Black Friday deal. Was a great price.

At other stores they usually have long lines. When i got there, the line was short and all i had to do was show fhem the barcode and i was done within 3 minutes

I use this as a backup controller. Not a big fan of the color it’s just all right.

Sold me a defective controller listed as 'excellent condition' but had egregiously terrible stick drift. Basically unusable and was not able to return. Got screwed and customer support was beyond useless.

It broke within the first year. It had sony warranty but you need to jump through some hopes for that and pay for shipping to send it back to them

Controller looked super cool. Mine was sadly not comfortable in hand due to an issue with the plastic.

Bought open box excellent condition GeekSquad Verified, came covered in old skin and dirt and grime, controller felt worn out on every button. returned for refund. never buying open box again.

Had to return this one, the "X" button was sticking.

These particular controllers has issues with the buttons sticking often. We have replaced it 4 times within the last 5 months.

Not even two months and my left thumbstick started drifting.
