Purchased as a gift for family member, so I went to the recipient. He is quite pleased with the evolution of PlayStation gaming system and accessories.

Excellent upgrade to the DualShock 4. The DualSense fits better in my hands (XL) glove size. The trigger feedback and resistance is a great new feature. USB-C charging makes it easy to connect in the dark. Controller has nice texture to it as well. It has a mic built in that works very well. It also has a mute button for the mic. This means you can plug in any headphones in and play. Right now they are only in white. I would love to get other colors soon since I’m sure these will get dingy in time. My only thing is I wish they were $5-$10 cheaper.

Heavier than previous generations but the quality is there. Going to DS5 is just like going from DS3 remote to the DS4 if you remember that feeling.

Nice standard PS5 controller. Works well with great tactile feedback and feel. Decent battery life. It is a bit expensive for a controller...

Sony did it right with the Dualsense controllers. Comfortable, clean looking and packed with new features that makes you itching for games to use.

Great controller that works well for what I need. I just keep it plugged into my PC, but it works great with my Steam Deck via bluetooth. Just keep in mind that eventually youll have to switch out the sticks when they start to drift.

This is such a great controller but it through me off that there is a lot of sensation throughout this controller when playing games that have sound effects I think sometimes the sound/vibrations come through the controller. I really enjoy how interactive this is though, and I like how it's in my favorite color :)

Love the color and not bad on pricing. Comfy for your hands and not worrying about dirtying the white one that comes stock.

Controller came in today. It does not come with any USB-C cable, which is a bummer, but not unexpected. I could not get it to work on my PS4 via wired connection, but it does work for some reason on the PS3. Was able to play some PS3 games with the controller (not all games work), only thing that fails to function on the PS3 is the home button and the vibration. Feels comfortable to play on and fits right in the palms of my hands. Looking forward to using it on an actual PS5 :)

Great control, it feels incredible and I love the new and improved design. Fits better in the hands.

Very great controller easy when it's gaming. I like the weight of it I. Also dig the cool color of the gaming controller. Also, it's just a great fill with my thumb pads. So would that be insane overall? That's a great product. I will also buy this product in the future. Because I find it so much.

This is hands down the best looking playstation controller I will ever own. The pictures don’t show it, but there is a rainbow pearlescent and it makes the controller really pop. I love it.

Great feel to it. Now all I need is a PS5 and I’m all set! I’ve had a PS4 for 8 years and this controller is far superior to the old controller.

Durable controller that has survived my gaming sessions for 2 years

Best Buy purchase experience was excellent and no issues there as usual. As for this controller, it’s an excellent stock design, and superior to Xbox default controllers in a lot of ways. However, this is my 4th PS5 controller in 3 years, which is to state that the reliability and longevity on these Sony controllers leaves much to be desired. 5 stars for Best Buy, 3 stars for the Sony controllers due to reliability/longevity issues.

Sleak and stealthy, feels very comfortable in the hands.
