It is soft, comfortable, pleasant to the touch, durable, and has good battery life.

Best playstation controller ever and one the best period. Xbox controllers are definitely more ergonomic for me, but all the haptic feedback and analog variable resistance are not just gimmicks, they sure improve the gaming experience.

I haven’t tried the PS5 controller yet, but I want to highlight the excellent customer service at Best Buy. Initially, they almost couldn’t find the controller, but associate Brandon went the extra mile and found it for me. His genuineness and attentiveness provided a satisfying shopping experience. It’s refreshing to see an employee so dedicated to helping customers. Keep it up, Brandon!

The controller works well, nice handling, great colour and lasts about 6 hours. I shot it at a reduced price. I would recommend.

You could spend X amount of money on a cheaper controllers that work with PS5, but why would you? I think quantity equals quality when it comes to this controller. The shape of the controller is quite comfortable and i love the shade range that is available.

Dualsense build quality is fantastic per usual. Bought this as a gift and they enjoy the controller. My only gripe with the dualsense as a whole is the material of the shaft of the analog sticks should be metal for more longevity of smoothness against the anti-friction rings. Even though they're smoother than all of the dual shocks prior to this... they still will develop some degree of grit over many hours of use while rotating the sticks. New out of the box they're silky smooth, however.

I have a problem buying too many controllers, and this is my most recent addition to my collection. While I do like the Starlight Blue color, my favorite is still the Galactic Purple, followed by Cosmic Red. The DualSense itself is a fantastic controller--the best on the market. The feel in your hands and the new haptic-feedback feel truly next-gen. I used a gift card to cut down on the hefty $70 price. Recommend trying to catch it on sale if you can.

Great new controller design. Sits comfortably in your hands, smooth as can be, and the haptic feedback is impressive.. nice addition for this new gen. Arrived a few days after release. The game arrived quickly, the day after release and was packed well. Best Buys communication from the time of purchase, through delivery, and even after having it is by far the best, quickest, reliable place that I've purchased from online hands down, which has lead to me using them for many things in the recent month that I usually would have used amazon for. Definitely recomend and I will use them again.

Similar design as the PS4 controller, love the white on black color scheme, and it still has an earphone jack at the bottom, that way you don’t bother anyone around you and you can turn it up as loud as you want. It has the vibrating motor too. Buy yourself a gaming 9 foot extension cord though, plug the 3 foot cord that comes with it into that and you have 12 feet of cord, to keep playing while the controller is plugged in and charging. The rubber thumb stick pads are nice and sturdy. Only 1 controller comes with the console so get a second one if you’re into multiplayer games online.

Great controller! The grip feels comfortable, buttons are very responsive, and gameplay feels smooth. Works perfectly with my PS5—definitely a solid buy.
