My "excellent" rated open box ps5 controller operates well, however I would not say it's "like new." Sticks have more dirt collected than my 3 year old used in controller's sticks. The touch pad has worn in stains from consistent usage and the back of the controller has light scratches from the original user trying to plug in the USB C cable and missing the port. Disappointed by the quality rating of this product and would probably rate it as "Good" condition at best.

Feels great in hand and sturdy, heavier than ps4 controller but comfortable

I’d recommend getting the latest controllers for the PS5. If you look online, you’ll find some videos showing that they’re slightly better constructed

I love the new haptic feedback in this controller. It’s kore comfortanle than prior PS controllers. The battery life is bad, espexially when compared to other modern controllers.

I got an extra controller from Best Buy and I love it. I did a store pick up and every was just fast and smooth.

could be just my control but the touch pad will keep registering once you tap it, need to turn control off and on again to fix it, but could be that its that new lol

The controller been pretty good it feel almost the same as the ps4 one but its a little better. The new feature is pretty cool and playing a shooting game is where your going to be wow at.

Bought this to use on my bc, didnt want to have to buy batteries for an xbox controller. Haptic triggers even work in some games on steam
