pre-owned did not work

Drift on joystick was so bad it made the product unusable. 2nd time I tried to purchase a pre-owned controller with unusable products received. Clearly QC on these pre-owned products is poor. Would not recommend.

Good controller, not good color

I was also buying a PS5 console planning to match the outer plates in pink also. I ended up getting a new PS5 slim console. Unfortunately, they dont make PS5 slim pink plates, but have the matching purple plates. I tried to exchange the unopened pink controller for a purple one, which were both on sale for the same price and are currently the same price. They said sure you can, but you have to pay the difference between the price you paid and the current price. Nope. I had bought several things from Best Buy for Christmas this year and it's the last time I shop with them. I decided to support brick and mortar stores over Amazon this year. Guess I'll go with Amazon next time.
