Thumb grips destroyed immediately

But the thumb grips on the sticks fell apart within weeks. Now after 6 months of minimal usage, the left thumb pad has completely torn off, and the right one is loose. I don't play hard. I'm a 36 year old casual hobby gamer. I tried replacement thumb grips. They don't stay on. I dunno. Not really a Best Buy problem, more of a Sony quality control problem. Would advise buying an off brand controller before I recommend Sony again.

Total tech membership is a ripoff

I have the total tech membership. I did buy it on Black Friday sale. They refuse to exchange it for a different color because they don't make this one anymore. So I had to pay full price for the exchange minus what I paid.
