Bad Product.

It always happens with devices that are not bought with PS consoles. It happened with my previous PS4 device that I bought from you and it is happening with the new PS5 now.

Bad battery and VERY noisy rattling when vibrating

Don't buy!

It did not come with a cord, and was totally unresponsive when plugged into the machine. I totally do not understand how something straight out of the box can be so utterly worthless.

Sony controller sticks drift after little use

Best buy won't take return after 15 days, then you have to pay to ship it back to Sony for either repair or refurbished one after buying it new. Sony has major issue with these stock mechanisms and the cust is paying for it. Would never purchase another controller from best buy. The extra insurance is 20.00 when target charges 8.00.
