Controller is amazing has a nice grip to it, color is fabulous doesn’t fade and has quick response time, battery last quite a long time aswell

After montha of only playing my xbox aries x i finnaly got my balck ps5 cobtroller aince the old one had been dropped in water and it looks amazing better than the one that comes includes with the os5

Very comfortable & amazing design very easy to use.

Unlike other reviews on this platform, I figured I’d do a two years later review on this controller. It has was the test of time, with no major issues. The only real issue I’ve ran into is the Thumb stick caps, wearing down a bit, and some of the rubberized coating wearing down slightly on the back. I’ve used it with a PS five, steam deck, Lenovo Legion, and Now a ROG Ally X. I used to use an Xbox 360 controller back in the day for everything, but Sony’s new controller has definitely taken the cake for my go to gamepad. The Xbox controller that needed new batteries, this one still holds a very respectable charge, granted after two years of hard use I’m debating throwing a new battery in. But for the equivalent of $35 a year and having basically zero issues, it’s a very cost-effective solution for a gamer.

Great controler... i love the camo look and the dual sense controler is very nice. Coming over from xbox its a much more immersive feel, like ur in the game more.

It's nice to add some color to spice things up a bit. It's not blingy like the other controllers and when this one hits the wall going Mach 2 because of COD BO6 cheaters it leaves a little color mark to let the wife know of my temper level has been exceeded. Still though Sony, stick drift sucks and battery life after 6 months makes these things more disposable then a dealers burner phone. I know I can buy that customizable controller and fix my stick drift but for the love of God your hocking that controller for almost half the cost of a new PS5.

Hopefully, I bought it in the block the last piece really happy for that. I love the black and I need to controls for that. I bought it to enjoy with my friends no issues and smooth to use

The dualsense that came with my PS5 developed stick drift, so I went ahead and got a new one! The purple looks great and the texture is nice while holding it.

The control was really smooth and the colors really brought more attention to the cool stand of controllers I have. It works really good and the battery lasts really long! Would buy again.

Matches my aesthetic of red and black accessories! Plays and controls like butter. Easy to charge and updates when plugged into PS5. I have this one and the standard white one.

I love the new color schemes for the PS5 controller. They last longer than the controllers that come with the system and to me, they just feel different. My kids also play the PS5 and I couldn’t pass up the sale at the time. Once the newer color schemes go on sale, I’ll be adding those to my collection as well. Recommend getting them on sale rather than the regular unless you don’t mind paying the regular price. Gave Value 5 stars because of the sale at the time of purchase. Also look out for an additional sales price if you have the Total Tech Support Membership.

I was going to buy a second hand controller for maybe $25 less, but I am glad I got it at BestBuy. With the protection I am guaranteed if anything goes wrong I can get it fixed. Controller feels amazing and the all black look is so nice.

Bought this not for a PS5, but to replace a broken Dualshock 4 I had for my PC (didn't want to move my other DS from my PS4). So far it's integrated well with Steam and the only problems I've had are just games that haven't integrated it well with their PC version (Destiny 2 thinks it's an XBox controller, while No Man's Sky picks it up as a Dualsense with no issue). Heavier feel, more durable and feels better in the hand than the DS4 does - now the latter feels lighter and more fragile as a result. All Sony needs to do is to get that haptic feedback for the triggers to PC APIs and it will be perfect
