Good excellent product The PS5 DualSense is one of the best controllers ever made for any console. Its standout features are the adaptive triggers and haptic feedback, which make games feel more immersive—like feeling tension when pulling a bowstring or different vibrations for surfaces like sand, rain, or metal. The controller is comfortable to hold for long hours, with a solid grip and balanced weight. The built-in microphone and speaker are handy for quick chats, and the touchpad is smoother and more responsive than the PS4’s.

More Than a Controller, Years of Great Memories I’ve been gaming for years, and throughout that time I’ve used many controllers, but the DualSense has been the one that’s stayed with me through some of my favorite gaming memories. I used to play Call of Duty competitively and spent countless hours trying to improve, win matches, and push myself to be better. Through all those late-night sessions, the DualSense never let me down. The comfort, precision, and responsiveness made it feel like a natural extension of my hands. Recently, I started using the DualSense on PC as well, and it impressed me even more. I expected it to work well, but the level of comfort and responsiveness exceeded my expectations. Even during long gaming sessions, it remains comfortable, accurate, and reliable. It has become my preferred way to play on PC because it simply feels natural and premium compared to other controllers I’ve tried. These days my gaming habits have changed. Instead of focusing only on competitive shooters, I’ve been enjoying completely different experiences, especially Forza Horizon 6 on PC. The comfort of the DualSense during long sessions is incredible, and the feedback makes every race more immersive. Whether I’m pushing for maximum speed, taking corners aggressively, or drifting through beautiful roads, the controller feels precise and connected to every movement. Even on PC, the experience feels fantastic. Some of my favorite moments aren’t even about competition. They’re the simple moments of playing FIFA with my brothers, laughing together, celebrating goals, and creating memories that will last much longer than any victory screen. That’s what makes this controller special to me. The DualSense isn’t just my favorite controller because of its technology or design. It’s because every time I pick it up and turn on my PS5—or connect it to my PC—I can forget about daily stress for a while and enjoy the games I love. I picked up the Galactic Purple DualSense controller recently, and I’m honestly obsessed with it. First off, the color is stunning in person — it has this rich, deep purple finish that pops without being too flashy. It stands out beautifully next to my other controllers and adds a little personality to my gaming setup. Performance-wise, it’s everything you’d expect from a DualSense. The adaptive triggers and haptic feedback make gameplay incredibly immersive, especially in titles like Astro’s Playroom, Spider-Man 2, and Horizon Forbidden West. The buttons and analog sticks feel smooth and responsive, and battery life has been solid so far. What I appreciate most is that the DualSense continues to feel comfortable even after long gaming sessions. The textured grips on the back give it a nice, secure hold without feeling rough. If you’re a PS5 owner looking to add a little style and pick up an extra controller, I highly recommend the Galactic Purple. It’s easily one of the best-looking controllers Sony has released, and it performs like a champ.

The Dualsense is a very nice controller, the ergonomics and overall feel of the controller is overall nicer than the Dualshock 4. The buttons, sticks, size, and everything feels great and the battery life is a bit longer than the DS4 despite the haptics. The haptics also feel great and can add a lot of immersion depending on how the game uses it. When it's used well it's really cool, when it's not it dosen't really add much and can just make your fingers tired. Though the intensity of the haptics can be toned up or down, which is really nice. Ive been using the controller from this purchase for about 3 months. Overall, it's great but the jury's still out for me on the overall quality of the make. I had to get this controller as a replacement for the controller that came with my PS5 which only lasted 9 months before unplayable stick drift hit the right stick, this did happen during a storm that fried the charging cord (despite surge protection) so I think it's something that was caused by a power surge but there's still a chance this was a coincidence and stick drift may be an issue for this new controller. Hopefully not. I'm pretty caring of my controllers, In my 23 years of gaming, I've only had stick drift in 3 controllers. One of these three being the previously mentioned dualsense. So hopefully this dualsense lasts, but it remains to be seen if this is built better than the dualshock 4 in terms of longevity. That uncertainty is the only thing keeping it from 5 stars, as well as, the price. While it is a good controller, it is a bit expensive. Especially if the anolog stick drift wasnt caused by the storm and this controller ends up having stick drift. If the latter is the case than it is certainly not worth the price.

Great new design the haptic feedback is really nice. It's comfortable in the hand and easy to use. Playstation hasn't made a bad controller it seems to they get better every generation with this one surpassing last ten due to the new haptic, better battery life, and giving it just a bit more bulk.

My husband needed a new PS5 controller as the one that came with the system was worn and experiencing screen drag. This one is great! We love the iridescent green and the controller is easy to handle and works great.

This PS5 Controller works great. Especially when all of my other controllers have stick drift which isnt good for playing any pvp game. Plus the color is cool.

I would highly recommend this product. The built in microphone and speakers makes it easy to communicate with online players. High quality, design, comfort and extended battery life compared to ps4 controller.

Purchased this last year as a Christmas gift for my son who also loves Fortnite. This controller has endure endless all nighters and works quite well. Had to send it in to Sony for a repair due to stick drift and its holding up during its second round of endless gaming all over again. Highly recommend Best Buy for their easy to use website, quick delivery and awesome service.
