Upon arriving, I explained that my controller wasn’t working and that I had warranty, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure that I got something that was working, and that I was comfortable with. I really loved how they kept apologizing for the inconvenience of not having a certain controller in stock so they made it work

Super cool looking controller for a reasonable price. I like the design most of all, Excellent, works great. I absolutely recommend this. I originally bought this for my nephew for Christmas. I could tell.I could tell by his reaction that it was exactly what he wanted. After I saw it and felt how durable it was I had to get one for my self.

A controller that has a more foward thinking design compared to previous dualshock remotes is the winning combination for Playstation 5. Feels great, secure, and overall confidence for the player interacting in a game session. Haptic feedback is a good choice for games but not for every software you play. USB-C finally convinces this hardware to accept a more friendly, powerful and substantial upgrade to Micro USB. Lightbar has been redesigned to be less intrusive, triggers such as rumble support provide more immersion with the system, buttons all around feel more refreshed and responsive to the overall controller. Make sure to have micro fiber cloth handy for cleaning, charging station for PS5 is a must add on, and battery life may be an major issue with the controller based on the amount tech that operates within the device. It will be useful to add another controller to the system while the other is charging stationary.

Color is less shiny than i expected but looks good and works perfect. No stick drift yet hoping this one better than the factory original controller.

Beautiful color. Upgraded model of the Dual Sense as well. I adore this controller! The sale price was just a bonus, this is worth full price. Best controller on the market hands down. The DS features some incredible haptic feedback that really helps with the immersion in certain games. While not every game uses it to great effect, some games are souch better with the haptics that I can't imagine them without them. It's what helps make the PS5 feel the most "next gen" of the new consoles.

I have had this for 2 years now and it doesn’t have stick drift.

I like the controller but ended up trading for the dual sense edge, preventing myself from future stick drift problems. But the color is nice!

Amazing controller not only it’s for the ps5, but it can be used on your phone, iPad, laptop, and more and can be used on multiple games. If you need a good controller with nice colors get this.
