I have used every iteration of Xbox, Playstation and Nintendo controllers since the 360/ps3/Wii generation and this is by far and away my favorite. This feels great in your hands, although it might be a little big for some younger people. I am very glad they made the switch to USB-C for charging. While I have to admit some of the features are very niche and most likely will not be fully utilized when they are it feels amazing. In summation this controller feels amazing and is a great showcase of technology.

The controller came sooner than expected to start off with. Love the new red color, its going to be my resident evil controller once inget skins for it. Especially love it was on sale, thank you best buy having really great deal and quality products!!! Definitely have a customer for life!!!!

This is used by my 15 year old granddaughter. So i has to be tough. So far everything is ok and she loves how it works.

It feels right to me to use whenever i play games too One of my favorite controllers and glad that i was able to replaced.

I have had two PS5 remotes before this one, but the color of this controller is so beautiful. The texture of the remote makes it easier to play, and it still has all those inputs for a wired headset and Bluetooth. It connected easily with my PS5, making it user friendly. Overall, great color and purchase.

Great controller. Only issue is the stick drift, it lasted about 10 months on this one..

Wow! Best Buy did it again! Because the 2 years guarantee! Man!!! I got a brand new ps5 controller, this one feels very nice, easy to handle, I love the color. Fact!! If you need. Ps5 controller just buy it at Best Buy, buy the guarantee and thank me later! Believe me! Is worth it!

I consider the xbox controller to be the definitive controller, but the PS5 Dualsense controller has so many great features - like haptic feedback - that makes it great for PS5 and PC. Warning though, not all PC games support this controller, but the game store Steam has great compatibility software built in. Also get a warranty from Best Buy, it allows for in store replacement which is incredibly helpful.

Other than the vibrant color choice which is a plus, these controllers in general can take a beating making them very reliable without losing functionality when damaged. Also, putting in the responsive timing of button presses to what is shown on screen and haptic feedback theres a reason why im a Playstation fan over xbox.

The new king of controllers. Wow what a leap in tech. Get ready to not naturally ignore rumble anymore. This haptic stuff is amazing when used right. The controller weight is so nice and hefty. It feels so much more premium than any other past sony controller. I do hate that it doesn't have rear paddles or something. That is a big oversight now that I have to drop my ps4 controller with the sony made rear button accessory. Hopefully they will release a Dual sense version sooner than later.

Love the color. The controller moves responds and plays just like any other controller that the PlayStation five has out on the market. It’s a great item. I love the controller plan on getting another specialized color PlayStation five controller in the near future.

Pretty solid controller and lovely color! The thing is, the only problem with PlayStation controllers is the stick drift. Other than that, the haptic feedback is crazy!

The controller is good for a couple years depending on how much you play. The price is still high for a controller but over all good if you want something basic. The color is a little more blue than the actual picture.
