Works great but...

We barely even used it.It's never been dropped.And it's not even worn out..

Total tech membership is a ripoff

I have the total tech membership. I did buy it on Black Friday sale. They refuse to exchange it for a different color because they don't make this one anymore. So I had to pay full price for the exchange minus what I paid.
