Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.PS5 is the best be aware the workers don't listen to customers i asked for a ps5 call of duty game and she brought me a ps4 game i didn't notice it until my son opened it up and then realized it was a ps4 game not a ps5 game however store policies they do not return opened games so be aware after buying a ps5 remote control and then the ps5 games are stored with the cashier who never listen to customers 1star for best buy store workers i can exclude the computer laptop's sector the are smart and they listen to customers every other department Doesn't Listen BE AWARE

Giving this a 4/5 because the R1 trigger has since gotten sticky, probably as a result of my playing too much God of War. Aside from that, great purchase.
