Good but need fixing

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The controller works great the only problem is I'm having issues with the mic Jack itself every time I'm in the PlayStation party that the mic itself cuts off and I cannot communicate with my friends in the party chat and what I know when I'm not talking to them is when they tell me that there's something wrong with your mic or if I'm muted so this is a definite issue that needs to be fixed and if it's not a Mike Jack problem it's a connection problem
