Whatever you do, do NOT buy an open box controller. Ours was supposed to be in excellent condition, but came broken, with stick drift out of the box. No original packaging, dirty, scratched up, faded coloring and quite obviously used for months and months and then returned somehow before being resold to online suckers ( Us ). Online customer service was absolutely useless. They offered for us to drive to the nearest store to return the broken piece of crap, which is about 30 minutes away from us, or return it with the prepaid label they give you. We weren't given a prepaid label. Surprise surprise. All in all just a terrible experience. We wont be buying any open box items from here ever again. Totally disappointed. If you look at the picture's I attach here, you can see that it is dirty, faded on the lettering on the back and around the edges of the sticks, and scratched all over where the charger gets plugged in.

Gyroscope is advanced, Good if you own a PS5 and a PC but if you do not own a PS5 i recommend buying a Xbox Elite Controller (Internal Battery).. The dual sense is hard to connect on PC because of unreliable 3rd Party app (DS4) and the Bluetooth Built-in audio interferes if you use it together with a Bluetooth speakers But overall still a good Controller for pc if you want to save money
