Dualsense - Next gen Sensation!

Absolutely stunning! The new haptics are next level, every in-game action has a unique sensation, the adaptive triggers make you feel so much more involved, especially while playing FPS games like COD, Far Cry, etc. Sony has really done amazing in this one!

Damaged.

But when I bought it, the box was damaged. Now I don’t care if the box looked pretty or even if the box was in the best condition because it’s a box. But the controller looks used. I know for a fact that I purchased a new one. Two of the buttons were damaged like they were really hard to press down. At first, I just figured it was the haptics of the game I was playing, but the issue persisted even when I turned that feature off. The return process was simple, so I appreciated that. But I hated the fact that I had to return it in the first place. Cause I couldn’t find my old one. So that was a pain waiting for a new one. But overall, I love my new PlayStation controller. I just wish it wasn’t broken when I got it.
