Terrible, it does not hold charge at all I can only use it if it's connected to the console at all times. Didn't come with original packaging or a cable. Defective product.

This controller looks even better in person. The Chroma Teal finish is unique and premium, and it feels very comfortable to hold during long gaming sessions. It was working fined till the left button started making a scrapping sound & you can feel it when playing a game. Past the return date to exchange.

Ordered this before Christmas and it took forever to get it! Was told it was pulled multiple times and was told by a manager that he would personally call me when he figured it out and he never did went up to the store at least 6 times and never got it!!! Finally got it on the last possible day I could claim it and they had to pull it off a truck that they just got in it took forever to get this!
