Works like it should, but I highly recommend getting the warranty, that way you can replace it when you get the dreaded stick drift, which Sony refuses to do anything about because they like to cut corners

My husband kept complaining he needed a new controller. So I took a chance and bought this one for him. Let’s just say this purchase was well worth it. No more complaints of a jerky stick! And how it’s not fluid. Now he is back on top again! Best purchase I have made!!!

Dualsense if by far my favorite current gen controller. Very comfortable. Ergonomics fit perfect for all hand sizes. I've had this controller over a year, still works perfectly, no issues. I have 3 Dualsense and all with zero issues, no joystick drift of any kind. Highly recommend the dualsense.

I love the design it has and also how the color match. When I play with this controller I feel a total different person. Ever since I got this Ned controller my gaming experience has been great and I have no complaints about it.

I couldn’t believe it at first when I saw it, that after having raised the price from $74.99 at launch to $79.99 for the standard, common white controller to match all of the newer colored models, then all rose to $84.99 in some places, that I got it for the price I did, almost $30 less. I was a very happy boy to be able to pick up this 2nd controller to keep on standby for when I have guests over for the occasional co-op or two player game, like Take Two titles.

I was looking far and wide High and Low for military patterned grey camouflage PlayStation 5 controller, this design was nowhere to be found. Until I went to Best Buy. They have a huge collection of electronics and I was in need of a new PlayStation 5 controller especially this particular one. I was SO Excited ! I was able to walk in, ask and be directed to the proper area and found Exactly what I wanted. The look, the feel and the availability was what was amazing. I have been enjoying numerous hours of fun with my new controller. On top of that it has the look that I was going for. Now with the combination of my new controller I feel like I can't be beat at my favorite games. Best buy came through in a clutch. Really impressed with the availability and the convenience of the whole shopping experience. I suggest if your in the market for one of these bad boys you should stop at Best Buy first. Pricing was great and the knowledge staff was on point. Thank you Best Buy you really made my day.

The Purple controller is honestly the best color. The purple is vibrant yet calm. It has its own character compared its counterparts and my personal favorite thing about it is the whitish purple accent for the symbols compared to the usual black. It just brings the controller all together

BEST CONTROLLER EVER. But you knew that already… obviously the DualSense is the best gaming controller on the market, and this Spiderman 2 custom version takes the cake! Loving the design. Shout out to Best Buy for the easy pre-order and launch day delivery! Came before the game arrived. 10/10

After a year of owning this controller it has served me very well. I haven’t had any type of drift so far and everything else is still in working conditions. Even after the right thumb stick was chewed on by my dog only a week after I bought it, the thumb stick still works perfectly fine. The color is very nice too for those of you who like a dark blue/purple look.

The PS5 is the best gaming console and experience I’ve ever had The speed, The graphics and the design of it are hands down the best. It runs Fc25 smoothly. No lag, Faster loading and the matches look 4k. Something that really stands out is the DualSense controller really brings games to life. For example, in uncharted: Legacy of Thieves you can feel every jump, every punch and every shot through the adaptive triggers, it makes you feel a part of the action. Even after hours of playing the PS5 stays quiet and cool. It is hands down the best gaming console in 2025.

I purchased this controller for my kids. They love it. The spider man printing is very nice. It is working reliably for now. I am always concerned with stick drift that comes with theses controllers, but for now it is functioning great.

I recently purchased the DualSense controller in Cosmic Red, and I’m very happy with it so far. The color looks even better in person — bright, stylish, and unique. The controller feels very comfortable to hold, even during long gaming sessions. The adaptive triggers and haptic feedback work smoothly and really improve the gameplay experience. Battery life is solid, and the connection to my PS5 is fast with no issues. Overall, this controller is a great upgrade and definitely worth the purchase.

Beautiful controller! Love the new colors and this new Starlight Blue is absolutely gorgeous. Sony nailed all the new colors with beautiful shades for each one that really pop. Sony's DualSense is the only true next-gen controller out there and these new colors are a great addition!

This controller feels amazing to use. The grip is comfortable, the buttons are very responsive, and the haptic feedback adds a whole new level to gaming.
