The controller works as well as you’d expect for a first party controller from the manufacturer. It has shorter battery life than the controller that came with the console itself though (about 80% life), which is annoying. I bought it solely to allow charging one while using the other to play, so it’s not a big deal for me, but worth losing a star. I’m not a big fan of PS5’s implementation of feedback on the triggers and I wish you could completely mute the controller and make it stay dark, but PS feels that’s what it needs, so I guess I’ll live with it. If I need a third controller, I’ll look into third party controller that might help alleviate some of my pet peeves, but again, it works as designed and as expected for a Sony product. The pink looks really good though, I wish colors were an option with the original system, so I could just have them match without having to do controller swaps with people.

Wish I knew it need an extra battery charger. The controller are good. The life is good but sometimes surprises you when it needs charging

This is a very good controller. It feels solid in your hands and it very comfortable. The trigger feedback is awesome in games that take advantage of it.

Love the controller. If you already have the ps5 you know what you have but i love the color.

Major step up from the PS4 controller with the new feedback. Only negative is that you will have to charge it more often than the PS4 controller. I just charge mine every night.

Works Great! Love the color you son and I each have our own color controller. We each make sure our own controller is charged which encourages his responsibility.

Seems to work fine. Holds a charge well. The last one began to malfunction five months after purchase. We'll see about this one...

Playstation 5 came with one controller, so we got this cute pink one. Color is cosmic red, bit it looks pink to me.

My favorite color is red, but this deep purple looks really good out of the color choices.
