Love the color and is a great controller to have!!

The DualSense controller is hands down the best gaming controller I’ve ever used. The design feels sleek and modern, with the white finish giving it a premium look that matches perfectly with the PS5. Comfort-wise, it’s incredibly ergonomic—I can play for hours without hand fatigue. The real game-changer is the adaptive triggers and haptic feedback. They add so much immersion to gameplay, making every action—from pulling a bowstring to driving over different terrains—feel realistic and engaging. The built-in microphone and speaker are a convenient bonus, and the battery life is solid, especially considering all the advanced features packed into it. Overall, this controller elevates the gaming experience to a whole new level. If you own a PS5, the DualSense is absolutely essential. Sony really nailed it with this one!

The design changes from previous generations are meaningful: deeper grips, more contoured handles, USB-C charging, a sturdier feel. Also the touchpad, motion sensors, headphone jack etc. are retained/improved.

Best playstation controller ever and one the best period. Xbox controllers are definitely more ergonomic for me, but all the haptic feedback and analog variable resistance are not just gimmicks, they sure improve the gaming experience.

The built-in microphone and speaker are also handy features, allowing for quick in-game chats. However, for longer gaming sessions, I'd still recommend a dedicated gaming headset. Battery life is decent, lasting around 12 hours on a full charge. But it would have been better if it lasted a bit longer. Charging is simple and quick, thanks to the USB-C port. The touchpad, integrated light bar, and the 'Create' button are other features that add to the overall appeal and functionality of the controller. In conclusion, the PS5 controller elevates the gaming experience to a new level. Despite the slightly shorter battery life, it's a worthy investment for any avid gamer. I haven’t tried the PS5 controller yet, but I want to highlight the excellent customer service at Best Buy. Initially, they almost couldn’t find the controller, but associate Brandon went the extra mile and found it for me. His genuineness and attentiveness provided a satisfying shopping experience. Great color, good feel, and works well, no issues.

Dualsense controllers are simply the best. Ive always preferred the Playstation layout over the xbox. The weight, the buttons, the haptic feedback...all wonderful. This particular controller seems to have improved battery life too! Ive played at least 4 hours no charge without losing a notch on the indicator.

Best priced open box option available by far and the condition was exceptional conpared to other retailers. Purchasing from the app is a Godsend as it allows you to chose the color of the controller, what condition you want to chose from as Best Buy has fair, good and excellent. Finally you can chose the location to pick it up or have it shipped to you. I pciked it up at my local store but clukd have had it dleivered in 2 days. I also love the freedom of payment methods offered in case you cant afford the full cost you can opt for the pay over time method via zip. Overall, best shopp8ng experience buying a new controller: an endeavor seemingly only getting mire difficult!

Want to change things up a bit? Then go with this awesome PS5 Camo controller. This controller has all the same functionality as the white/blue/red et Al controllers but it’s in Camo; which you would think would make it harder to see but it doesn’t.
