The haptic feedback and adaptive triggers make every game feel more real — it’s like you’re actually in the action. The design is super comfortable, and the battery life is solid. Best Buy made the whole process easy and smooth. The staff was helpful, answered my questions, and the product arrived fast and in perfect condition. Highly recommend both the controller and shopping at Best Buy — unbeatable combo for any gamer!

The audio jack died on my original PS5 controller, but this one still works perfectly. The red color looks better in person than online.

Battery life hasn't seen an issue, and from accidental drops it's held together exceedingly well.

The controllers are no exception. It is well designed, performs very well, come in vibrant colors, and feel good in my hand.

Pre ordered this the day pre orders went on sale and played all of Spider-man 2 with it! I absolutely love the adaptive triggers and how strong the vibrations are!! One of the best parts is how certain sounds come through the controler when playing certain things (WON'T GO INTO DETAILS TO PREVENT SPOILERS)!! I know that all PS5 controlers have this feature but it felt alot cooler playing Spiderman 2 with this controler! Highly recommend this controler for any PS5 user even if its just for the design aspect.

None the less, this is an amazing controller. Buy it open box, Sony is charging an extra $5 for cooler colors which isn’t fair IMO. Sales tactic, overall great product.

It’s not just functional either; visually, it fits right into my setup like it was made for it. The all-black look with the subtle detailing is sleek and makes the whole game room feel more put-together. It's lowkey but still kinda flexy lol If you’re into aesthetics and smooth gameplay, this one hits both.
