've owned a lot of controllers over the year the PS5 DualSense is on a different level. F the moment I picked it up, it felt premium solid build quality, super comfortable grip, just the right amount of weight. The adapti triggers and haptic feedback are honestly game-changing. They make every action fe more immersive, whether it's pulling back a bowstring, firing a weapon, or driving over different terrain.

I waited 2 and a half years to get a PlayStation, and the first thing I did was but this controller, followed by the matching covers from Sony. No regrets.... except maybe the price. but still if you can get it on sale or use gift certificates like I did then it's easily one of the best color choices for the system.

I love the color and feel of this controller. It appears as it is in the picture and works just fine for remote play, as well as connecting it directly to PS5. If you need a second controller and you want a cool color, this is the way to go.

Got this for my two boys. They have been asking for extra controllers so they can have friends come over and play. They actually chose the pink color! This controller is just like the original. It is Sony brand and when it is on sale, it is the best investment.

The control itself is great. Has a nice feel to it and definitely a noticeable high quality. The only issue I have is that switching the Bluetooth connectivity can be troublesome, so I recommend constantly having USBC to USBC wire available if you're planning on connecting it to your laptop or something else

Nothing to complain about, Sony remotes always deliver! Love the color, adds some pop to my collection.

Controller as described. Brighter in person. Little pricy for a controller and doesn’t include a charging cable in the box.

The controller is beautiful and the outside feels very smooth. Definitely operates just like the standard PS5 controller does. The only reason it is not get 5 stars is the price, but Best Buy cannot really control that.

It's a PlayStation 5 controller that doesn't look as dirty as the white ones after the same amount of usage. If you have a PlayStation 5 unless you want to spend a lot more money this is the controller to go with.

Color is awesome, controller feels great and works how it supposed to.

Glad to have bought it open-box. It has been more than 3 months with these and I have had 0 issues. It arrived in unbranded packages, but with all accessories. No stick drift issues or button malfunction issues encountered, no scratches or signs of use either.

I love the feel of the PS5 controller. I use it primarily with my PC. That said, ive gone through 6 of these in the past 3 years. I'm not hard on my controllers. I'm a dad who gets to play maybe 6 hours a week. I don't have sweaty hands, I don't have them next to a furnace or any other dusty environment. I just don't get it. Every 3-6 months they begin drifting. I correct them in game with dead zone adjustments. But it gets to the point where it's unplayable. I was just getting the geek squad protection on them so I didn't have to send it into Sony every time and could swap them out on the fly. But after the 5-6 time I got tired of it. I replaced it with the pulse for the sole fact that it has replaceable stick potentiometers. Fingers crossed its more convenient. My N64 controllers still work from 1996 without drift... Why can't we figure this out SONY?! Lol.. (I know that's an apples to oranges comparison tech wise but c'mon!)

Beautiful color. Works just as well as any other PS5 dualsense. Threw it against the ground with force and — after readjusting the plastic — continued to work well, with vibration only a little misaligned. Great controller. Grab an 8 bit do adapter to use it with your Nintendo Switch as well.
