Bought in February used twice and already , joystick drifts

Worked well for 11 months, left stick started glitching (known issue) - contacted Bestbuy support, they weren't helpful and just redirected to Playstation support. 1/5 - For an official Sony controller, I am used to at least 3 years of quality usage!

Could Bluetooth to phone, but since I do not own an actual ps5, I could not update the charger port of the controller to charge from the wall, so I could not reuse the controller: and had to return it the next day: also button’s don’t match, press X, na you mean Square…

This controller so bad I bought it and I only use it for 2 days and now never work or charge

Bought this one because the first one already has an issue. For context, I bought the first controller only two months ago. The first one has a non-working left D-pad button and the left trigger sticks. Hopefully this one does better. As a note, I wouldn't recommend the controller, but it's kind of a necessary item?

Only buy if you HAVE to use it. Stick drift started after less than a month of playing.

Comfortable controller but short battery life hopefully playstation improves them

Good hand feel, quiet buttons, good ergonimics, great battery life, and you can connect it to up to 4 devices

Nice smooth operation, feels better than the original that came with the system.

Controller broke in 3 months. Button got stuck and I’m furious. No longer returnable

It arived defective and would not turn. It was not a great experience.

I was in united states in december, bought controller, said the product was in the store, i arrived in the store e nothing there. And write in the site ‘received’, i thought is change, but not.

If i had 1 suggestion to Sony, is work on the battery life of the controllers.

Returned. Not because it didnt work or because i had problems with the controller but simply because the controller isnt recognizable through PS Now on PC but somehow a Xbox controller is. Secondly a Dualsock 4 is recommended and supposedly recognizable on PS Now but with use of a USB cord (also cringy). Why do i need a Xbox controller to play PS games on PC?

These ps5 controllers are defective this is my 4th time buying a controller and this one got damaged 1 month in this is ridiculous these controller's are defective and the worst part is they want me to pay to ship it to them to get it fixed.

Took a little to get use to the layout, seems similar to the xbox controller

Works well. Batteries run out kinda fast tho. Not sure what to do about that.

Bought this prior to having a PS5. Haven’t had a chance to use it because I CANT EVEN GET A PS5!!!!

Unfortunately, I bought this product as it was the only one left in the store. After less than a week of use, the left analog stick stopped working properly. Extremely disappointed.

My controller developed thumbstick drift about 6 weeks after purchase. Unacceptable quality
