Good quality but this controller only going to last 2 months

Bought it in April 2022 in January 2023 it stopped working. The left joystick gets stuck in the left position without even moving the joystick. PlayStation online service/repair system is useless. I’m disappointed that Sony makes things disposable and so cheap. Didn’t even last a year.

I need another PS5 controller. And so I want a different color also.

No complaints apart from the fact that you dont get a charging cable

We bought PS5 for my son it confirmed he was the happiest person i ever saw hom he yelled and screamed because he has been trying months to get PS5 then 10 minutes later you cancelled his order This is by far the worst thing you can do its like taking candy away from child I will post your emails all on social media You have really really hurt my son

Not sure what it is with the products from Best Buy but everything I buy from there tends to be very bad quality- this controller keeps making a knocking sound whenever the controller vibrates.

I'd love to see if they work, but alas, there are no consoles being sold. It makes for a poor wind chime but a fairly useful, albeit expensive, cat toy. Completely failed as an undergarment or facial covering. I tried blowing in the one end but found it to be alarmingly musically challenged. I pasted a few onto my dog and now he resembles a storm trooper, so there's that.

Best controller so far, just wish the battery life lasted longer.

Broke after 2 months. Then Sony wants me to pay for shipping

Love it, but every 2 or 3 months we have to replace it. Just stops working.

If you have to buy one get the one with replaceable inputs. Ive had to buy 4 replacement one so far. Im not hard or throw my controller. But this last one lasted 3 weeks before going out. The one previously last 3 months. The one I got with the console lasted a year.

Right trigger broke less than a month after owning and minimal use

Very disappointed I’ve been waiting since November 10th to either get a refund for the package shipped again and and or hear from somebody and nothing. But yet they can take the payments out without me having nothing yet.

Been working great so far, got it as an additional gaming pad.

Unfortunatly was not pleased with this product. overall not a good controller. even though i have big hands the controller still felt so big and awkard in my hands. was very eazy returning though thanks to my local best buy team

Good but the battery runs fast so comsider that not for xbox
