It won’t connect or sync to my console and it doesn’t even charge I’ve reached out to Best Buy multiple times and still haven’t heard nothing all I want is a replacement for the faulty item they sold me

Decent

I returned one controller because of this. The second one was the same way and my nephew's is the same as well.

Broke after four months.

Bought this four months ago for $80 and it didn't even last a year. Non-returnable now. I'm going to buy the next one off of Amazon, they'd allow this return.

Just waiting for an aftermarket controller

I'm betting thisa one will have the same fate after a couple months of play time. Google it. I believe there is a class action suit against Sony for this since its so prevalent. There are plenty of video's and write-ups on how to fix the drift issue but all have proven to be temporary and not perminent, at least for me. I'm certainly not going to take it apart and clean the potentiometers as some suggest, shouldn't have to. I'm hoping that another company will step up with an aftermarket compatible controller soon.

Malfunctioning already

Bad Product.
