Great controller. The haptic feedback triggers works great. The vibration makes you feel like you're really into the games you are playing. Best Sony controller I have used by far. Sony did a great job in making the controller feel like it's truly next gen.

It's a PS5 controller, but in a cool color. This purchase was all about the aesthetic. The haptic feedback is fun, and the built in mic works surprisingly well if you don't already have a headset. My only real gripe across the board is battery life, but that's a Sony issue, not a Best Buy issue. As far as Best Buy, I ordered via the app, drove to the store after work, and was able to pick up seamlessly.

First of all, the new DualSense controllers are amazing. They’ve left me speechless. I love the feedback you get from these controllers. An all matte black DualSense controller isn’t what everyone wants but it’s something everyone NEEDS!!!

This controller is going to revolutionize the console. It is easily the best part of the PS5 with the adaptive triggers and haptic feedback. I have used to controller for over 6 months now and haven't encountered any drift or latency issues.

The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because I also bought the red one as well, and I like the look of that one much better. Otherwise, there is absolutely nothing wrong with this controller. It looks much better than the basic white version, and for some reason it feels a tad bit heavier in my hands, even though it probably is the same exact weight. All in all, great controller and works perfectly. Now just come out with the next Playstation VR already!

The controller is very comfortable and it handles well, the features on the controller is the same on other dual sense controllers but the color looks good

I game a lot on PC, and I wondered how good the extra features this controller has over Xbox (specifically adaptive triggers and haptic feedback), and it feels pretty good! Unfortunately it requires USB connection on PC for those extra features, and the mic/speaker combo can sometimes mess with audio selection (and you need to have the speakers un-hardware-muted to get haptic feedback), but overall, was worth it.

This controller looks so cool, its even better in person. Feels great in the hand! Happy with this purchase for sure!!

No to much to say is what I spected , if you need it just buy it

Solid controller. First I've had to buy in over a year. Hopefully, something can be done to limit stick drift moving forward.

It's a Black PS5 official controller... enough said! Black with dark gray overtones. Looks great! Got dbrand blacked out PS5 covers and waiting for the black pulse 3D headphones to complete the trifecta! Batman ain't got nothin' on me!
