But this review is to state that best buy has given me open boxed items twice now claiming to be new. First time was a 500 dollar motherboard which I had to exchange for a NEW one. Now today I get an open boxed white ps5 controller. I paid full price for a new controller, not a scuffed one. I love best buy, but stop giving me open boxed items. I will exchange them everytime. Why go through the trouble???

I bought this controller before I got my PS5, and my first impressions were great! This controller feels like it was better built, and had actual human ergonimics in mind compared to the PS4 controller. When I got my PS5, I was even more impressed by the controller. The adaptive triggers, detailed vibration, etc is all so cool! When combined with the PS5, it actually feels like a next generation upgrade. I have not had any problems with the joysticks, and I hope I never do. But so far so good!
