This is my 4th PS5 controller in 3 years and I wouldn’t say I’m a heavy gamer. Sony has a drift issue. I would def buy the geek squad protection.i stopped short of giving it 5 stars because of The drift issues.

I have a PS5 and all three of my children do as well. This one was a purchase for my youngest, who is autistic, and plays all day every day. I have never personally had to replace one for myself but about every 6 months will have to replace one for that kiddo because of stick drift. BUY YHE WARRANTY! Best Buy stands behind it and replacement is NO hassle!

Purchase this for my finacee who is also a gamer and wanted her own control. Great color and feel in the hand just like every Sony controller. She has fallen in love with this controller and it has had no issues, great battery life and response since purchase monthsss ago. If you own a PS5, great addition to your controllers. Sony always comes through with great reliable products in addition to they PlayStation line.

I bought it for my son for his 12th bday and this is literally the only controller he uses ! Mind you he has 4 other ones. He loves the cool looking color and how smooth it is. He plays Fortnite, Roblox and COD with this controller. GREAT BUY and for the price too!
