Best Buy really came through for me in the clutch. My son’s controller went out as they were playing games for a party. I ordered from Best Buy. They had in stock and they even had a nice color. The controller worked as usual no problems with that it’s made by Sony, which is a pretty good brand except for the Bluetooth speakers but oh no good deal good price.

The controller has a very familiar feel compared to the PS4. Using the track pad in the middle was a little tricky at first as you are literally all thumbs when using it, but the gestures are reasonably intuitive in game play. This controller feels solid in your hands. It's well built, though I have no desire to determine how durable it is against drops and the like. Someone else can sacrifice their controller to provide that info! Get one. The PS5 console on a 4K screen looks spectacular... I'm looking forward to adding a bunch more games to my collection!

Black is my favorite color so u no I had to get it plus this is one of the best controllers ever made and I’m a PlayStation guy u can’t go wrong

Love these controllers but every one I ever get ends up having issues with drift. There’s no way to fix it either. The best solution is getting geek squad protection and then Best Buy will help you if you get drift. Best case scenario for a super annoying problem

Still in pretty good shape after a year just make sure not leave dust collect but overall really good

I wanted a controller that looked like the grey throw-backs that Sony did for the PS4. This isn't exactly that, but it is close. And it is my baby now, when it comes to playing PS5. I love it!

I recently purchased Ps5 remote and it works pretty smooth. No complaints with that and before that I alsohot my Ps5 from BestBuy. They have excellent products and very supportive customer service.

My grandson loved it! he was very surprised and excited to see his new gift! Which made me very happy to happy to share it with him.

I love this controller. It’s much better than previous generations. Although I do have to say that its price tag is hefty.

My son wanted a black controller and so happy bday to him that's what he got. He likes it and so I'm good. Hoping we don't end up with drift like one of our others has already though... which I think is pretty ridiculous cause these are Pricey.

I like the color quality 1 to 10 /10 and the grip its amazing

Picked up controller via Curbside pickup! Controller feels amazing. Lights up blue when it turns on, & turns orange when it is charging. Got to test the controller via PC and it works as entailed. Can't wait to try it on the PS5! Oh it also has cool playstation signs on the back of the controller.
