pickup process needs work
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The online order peocess was seamless and app was great. but the pickup process was not so good. had to wait in line for 15 mins while i watched other employees walk around aimlessly without assisting the cashier/pickup person/ return clerk.

Every time I see it I’m transported back to the mid 2000s when the first PS3 concept was unveiled. 100% worrh it. Might buy a second one.
