Bought this for my son for Christmas. He loves the color. Not a true read but pretty nonetheless. Connection and reactivity are wonderful and seamless. Connecting to ps5 was super simple

Great controller design. Little bigger than I like but coming from PS4 and XBox controllers that's to be expected. When you get used to the feel, there aren't many better standard controllers out there this good. Once you get used to the triggers, they are almost as good as something like instant triggers on my Scuf. Battery life is also really great.

By far one of the cleanest looking themed playstation controllers. Has the same pros and cons as all their other dualsense controllers.

Looks and feels like a toy however when you actually use it and feel it in a game it feels amazing. My hands don't get sweaty somehow and the vibration motors and the adaptive triggers feel better than any other controller that I've ever used. PS5 controller is pretty good

I’ll just state what really sets this controller apart from the original Dualsense other than the obvious color difference (although the color looks fantastic) Anyhow, Sony redesigned the Dualsense to mitigate trigger failure and stick drift. The new colored controllers are currently the only way to ensure you’re getting the updated design while it’s still in the box. The only other way to know if the original white, black, or red controllers are sporting the updated hardware is via the FCC ID on the underside of the controller, as the old design ends with the number 1, the updated version ends with the latter A.
