As far as a PS5 controller, it's as expected. It feels just as solid as the other 2 controllers I have. This review, however is about how great the purple looks. It's rich and deep and I feel looks better than the all black ones. I have been looking forward to getting this since I first heard about it. It's even better in person than pictures will ever depict.

While I've always had Playstation consoles, were new to the the PS5. Purchased this controller to surprise my wife and convince her that the new gaming system was a good idea. She loves it and it works seamlessly with the system.

As a lover of PlayStation and Spider-Man, having an officially licensed controller is great. Love the button callback to the first game and its custom controller on the PS4. Very unique design and definitely a great addition to my gaming setup.

An awesome controller with great features such as adaptive triggers and haptic feedback! The color was also a major influence for me, aside from the holiday price as well!

I love the color of this controller. The only issue I have with the controllers is that the R2/L2 buttons seem to be "heavy" when you press them or get "stuck". Other than that, they are amazing.

It's your typical PS5 controller, but the color scheme is unique. Which is favorable in my opinion to the white. Super happy with the controls, smooth and just like the one that comes from the original console box.

I play a lot of games and I can be rough on controllers during intense boss fights. It's a good to have a backup controller and when the PS5 DualSense controller went on sale, I jumped on it (not the controller, the sale).

Needed to replace my son’s PS5 controller. Spent less than ten minutes in the store. Glad to have purchased a warranty.

I bought this with Cobalt blue controller which was for my brother in law and this is because it has a good color. Even though Volcanic Red is new color to me, my favorite color is red anyways. Now I have 2 different red controller because it was at the best price here at BestBuy. I am still using it today, switch off every once in a while when it runs out of battery. This controller didn't give me any problems. I've been always updating it on PS5 and make sure it's clean and ready to use once in a while. It came in good condition, it wasn't used and came packed up in the box unopened. Red always, thank you!

The item is good. It works as intended. Love the triggers with the haptic feedback. Also purchased a geek squad protection plan with it. 2 years replacement plan, and i would highly recommend it
