The precision is spot on, and the joysticks have just the right sensitivity. No input lag at all, and the vibration feedback makes the gameplay more immersive. Best controller I’ve owned so far.

This is my favorite controller

I have "gamer thumbs" from playing games since I was 4 years old and the soft rigid edges are soothing.....if that makes sense.
