I haven't been a fan of Sony controllers for awhile. But this one feels great it's hard to explain but it feels premium compared to my Xbox controller, the Xbox controller feels better in my hands i just love the offset joysticks. I recommend this controller especially with the sales that were going on.

Sony PS5 controllers are better this time around than the PS4 controllers. They wear done very easily where the anologs meet the frame of the controller, caused by friction. The plastic in plastic isn't a smart idea. On the other hand. Best buy makes the experience very enjoyable , quick and easy. They are always polite and get you exactly what you need! It's the best customer service I ever get at any stores near me! I will never get my electronics from any other store besides Best buy! The geek squad are honestly my favorite peoplethere, as they know almost anything you need them to about electronics.

Amazing! Well worth it. Speaker & mic built in was a really cool surprise. Incredible how I can feel the difference in weapons on the triggers. Feels perfect on my hands too.
