Works great, i mainly use this for my pc and with zero issues.

I was on the fence about how much of a difference haptic feedback would make. I was wrong. It feels natural and good in every game that has used it, and the controller just feels good in the hand!

Overall it’s nice like the color of choice , PlayStation user i would recommend.

Of course it’s a great product however, they don’t last long two years. If you’re lucky the buttons just wear out mainly the joystick portion on the remote. You think PlayStation will make a better product for how much they charge for these remote controls.

It works great, is comfortable, and the color is awesome. Sony as usual makes an incredible controller. I would definitely recommend.

Replaced old controller that had classic stick drift

Corntoler is Functional as Description States. What the Description does not state it that the, "L1- L2 and R1-R2 Triggers are very sharp on the Outside Edges." Be Careful as this Product may Cause Lacarations to the Falangies on both hands.!

It's a PS5 controller, but in a cool color. This purchase was all about the aesthetic. The haptic feedback is fun, and the built in mic works surprisingly well if you don't already have a headset. My only real gripe across the board is battery life, but that's a Sony issue, not a Best Buy issue. As far as Best Buy, I ordered via the app, drove to the store after work, and was able to pick up seamlessly.

I had the best customer service experience.Took his time to explain everything to me. I would definitely recommend everyone I know to go there.

Great controller, this controller not only looks good but it feels good

Great controller but it’s a replacement due to stick drift on previous controller. After two years all (3) controllers experienced drift and were out of warranty for repair.

Great feel easy to set up . Easy to connect to the Playstation with a nice look.

Bought this for my girlfriend and she absolutely loves the light blue color!

It was on sale, and my wife picked it out and loves the color!

I was lucky enough to obtain a PS5 early on in its lifetime, and the original controller is still working great and going strong. But with a recent sale that went on, I decided to go ahead and inject a little color into my ecosystem with this guy. I have been breaking it in for a few weeks now and it's in good working order, and like the original and like many Playstation controllers in my life before it, I expect this one to last me a good, long while.
