These controllers are extremely durable and I have not had any issues with any of my PS5 controllers. I would recommend purchasing the protection plan as you will have piece of mind and you never know if you may an accident. Overall great controller and great purchase.

Pretty Good Controller

Additionally, like always stick drift still occurs after a couple months of good use. Everything aside it does feel like a step up from the dualshock controller in terms of quality and performance.

But this review is to state that best buy has given me open boxed items twice now claiming to be new. First time was a 500 dollar motherboard which I had to exchange for a NEW one. Now today I get an open boxed white ps5 controller. I paid full price for a new controller, not a scuffed one. I love best buy, but stop giving me open boxed items. I will exchange them everytime. Why go through the trouble???
