I got mine from Best Buy, and it’s a total upgrade. The haptic feedback and adaptive triggers add a whole new level of immersion to games. It’s comfortable to hold, responsive, and feels premium. This one did not come in the original box but it did include the manual and it does look and work perfect. We've already gamed at least 50hrs without any trouble. Highly recommend.
