Defective PS5 Controller – Very Disappointed

Right out of the box, it had issues—buttons were unresponsive, and the analog stick drift made gameplay nearly impossible. I tried troubleshooting and even updated the firmware, but nothing worked. For the price, I expected much better quality and reliability. I had to return it and am now hesitant to buy a replacement. Definitely a frustrating experience

Quality Control issues

I thought I was losing my mind while gaming or hitting an invisible wall. When going to the PS5 main screen, my suspicion was confirmed when it scrolled all the way right. These aren't cheap and are the only controllers I've ever purchased geeksquad warranties for. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GETTING A GEEKSQUAD WARRANTY BASED OFF OF MY EXPERIENCE. I'm more than halfway through the cost of an actual PS5 in just controllers and warranties. JFC Sony. Get it together. I can't really recommend this item, but there's no other way to play on a PS5 at this time.
