bought this controller to use on my pc and it works awesome the habtic triggers work just as good as on the ps5

I (thought I) was sold an open box, excellent quality dualsense pad. However, what was in the box was a poor/fair quality specimen. this thing is used up, the stick tops are worn thru, several spots are shiny with use, yknow where the texture has been rubbed away and its just polished plastic. And of course the battery life is not quite 10 minutes "oh, no problems, Ill just return it to the store" Not so fast! Best buy #444 refused the return. Tiara in specific was the employee who refused it, claimed we were lying, that we had swapped controllers. Tiara was insanely rude, borderline irate, it must be inconceivable that best buy could make an error in the quality description of an open box item. Went home, with garbage controller, and went to the bestbuy online chat. was advised to try at a different store. Next nearest store is an hour away... not happening I know, I know, far too late for it now, but long story short, I had to initiate a chargeback against best buy #444, moral of the story, always check open box. make sure youre getting the item you wanted, in the correct condition, cause the tiara at your store may be having a bad day and refuse to return it. was insanely rude and accused us of swapping items.

one of the best controllers. really enjoy the mic on the controller,easy to mute if you have company in the room

Feels a little awkward at first but you get used to it. Has nicer features vs the PS 4 controllers. Built in mic is nice. Battery doesn't last as long as I would have hoped considering it is a newer generation of systems.

This PS5 controller was worse than the previous one I purchased. It broke within 2 months (stick drift). When I first used it, the left joystick had a crunch to it, along with an R2 button & ‘square’ button that would stick. I should’ve returned it, but figured it didn’t matter.

Got it on sale for an awesome price. Will get a few more.

Great controller but do get the warranty on it its a little pricey but worth it soon i need to take mine in it's trigger starting to get stuck.
