The controller was not the one i received in the box. I received a black controller and when i notice it was drifting i went to returned it and they told it was not the same controller so i couldn't return it. I told the manager that the controller that was in the box was black and to check the cameras. Unfortunately the CCTV only captures the women selling me the controller which was enclosed in the box. Mind you the box was a generic brown box and not the ps5 original box. If i can someone from best buy contact me that would be great

PS5 Controller!

Features are really cool especially when playing Astro’s Playroom. I deducted a star because my O button is sticking a bit. It is not sticking to a point where it impacts my ability to game but if it gets worse it could be problem.

Opened box, taped closed and broken.

Controller didn't work, had major stick drift rigit oit of the box. Last time I will ever order anything online from them again.
