Love the feel of this controller and the bold purple color. Has a slight matte finish.

Easy to connect to the PC, easy to use. One of the better controllers I have ever used. I like to use a controller for platformers, and this is perfect for this usage. I have used a wired Xbox360 controller for years, and it is still my favorite, but this one is a close competitor.

This PS5 controller is simply fantastic, it looks awesome & feels just the same when using it. I highly recommend it.

I purchased 3 Duals at launch of PS5 for whatever year that was. 2 have now developed drift in the left stick, one so bad it was completely retired probably 12 mths ago, creating the need for a new purchase. Why is this a thing now with controllers? Had to replace a couple of Joy-cons and was all on my soapbox about Nin quality control, then Sony— same thing. Frustrating; still have several PS 3 & 4 duals in commission without durability issues. Anyway, you can throw a bunch of money at an Edge, to hedge on the problem, or get this one and pray to Kronos that it doesn’t venture off to Valhöll before PS6 drops. I opted for religion and—for now—more money in my wallet. And if you are going to do battle, might as well pull on the grey camo. I continue to be a sucker for this color aesthetic each gen, would do a green too if available (and could find on sale). Five stars overall for the color, feel, triggers, etc of the new DS; two stars for durability in my family’s usage but I never touch third-party cons to recommend you elsewhere. As always: your mileage may vary.

Works great, just like the ps5 controller that came with the ps5 console. No differences other then color (in case anyone was wondering? Maybe someone who isn’t a gamer?). I do wish the controllers weren’t as expensive as they are, makes it harder for families with multiple kids/gamers. Yes you could buy generic, but still…

Much better than the Xbox counterpart. I have dozens of hours so far on both and can tell you the ps5 controller definitely is the winner. The PS5 controller has a better fit and finish and a more expensive feel. The controller feels great in your hands and the feed back triggers are a neat addition to gameplay. The only drawback is battery life suffers a bit from all the controllers features but it has no problem playing a long session, just keep it charged after your done.

[Employee of bestbuy] I consider the xbox controller to be the definitive controller, but the PS5 Dualsense controller has so many great features - like haptic feedback - that makes it great for PS5 and PC. Warning though, not all PC games support this controller, but the game store Steam has great compatibility software built in. Also get a warranty from Best Buy, it allows for in store replacement which is incredibly helpful.

Bought these at the height of the PS-5 craze... lucky we even found them in stock! These are sturdy, durable, and they perform well-- as evidenced by our kid using them for HOURSSSS on end! Upside is no more eating through packages of AA batteries like candy, whew.
