It was purchased for my son and this is what he picked out. I was disappointed in the carrier Roadie, who delivered the item because it was stolen, but once I called customer service I was glad it was replaced.

After buying a standard controller about every year or so I decided to give this one a try. Well worth the investment. Now I can just change the thumb joysticks. That will save money in the long run. Plus, all the handy adjustments are a great feature.

So beautiful. Got the insurance as well due to the "drift" issue that happens sometimes. WAY MORE BEAUTIFUL in person!

The feel of this controller is by far the best any controller has, the haptic feedback is amazing and also just the way it feels when you play ps5 games on it is amazing!

Liking the new Red controller for the holidays! Especially for the Holiday Price! Don’t drop the controllers and you will extend the lifetime of the controller and avoid a lot of issues with them.

I had to replace a controller that developed stick drift. This one is doing a nice job so far. One thing that I have noticed is the battery life seems longer. I was so impressed with it that I bought a second one.

+Great trigger feedback,feel in hand,weight,button sensitivity. -Durability,battery life,stick drift. Regardless of PS5/Xbox series X but it seems the same manufacturer makes these controllers and they stick drift after a short time. Never had the drift issues on my PS4 or PS3 controlllers. The D pad feels much more robust and accurate comapred to series X controller.USB C makes charging fast.More feedback features=less battery life is bottom line.

Really like the color. Even better with Best Buy’s protection plan because they can trade it out for a new one when/if this one breaks down if it’s within two years (I tend to be rough on controllers)

Now I am not a gamer, but I got my son the PS5 for Christmas (2024), and I love to play Crash Bandicoot on his PS$, so I had to get me a controller too. And Sony you wonderful people made it in my favorite color! WORTH IT!

This open box item exceeded my expectations. It’s in great shape with only minor signs of handling. Everything works perfectly, just like a brand new one. I was a bit hesitant at first, but I’m really happy with the quality. Definitely worth the savings—no complaints at all.
