Everyone talks about the design and how beautiful it is. But nobody talks about the most important, comfort in the hands. The DualSense should be something very comfortable if you are trying to hold it in your hands for many hours. It feels very uncomfortable and full of sharp finishes.

I recently purchased an extra PS5 DualSense controller, and it’s easily one of the best gaming controllers I’ve ever used. The build quality feels solid and premium right out of the box, and it fits perfectly in the hands for long gaming sessions. The haptic feedback is incredible and truly sets this controller apart. You can feel subtle details like footsteps, road textures, and environmental effects, which makes games much more immersive. The adaptive triggers are another standout feature — they add real tension and resistance during gameplay, especially in shooters and racing games. Best priced open box option available by far and the condition was exceptional conpared to other retailers. Purchasing from the app is a Godsend as it allows you to chose the color of the controller, what condition you want to chose from as Best Buy has fair, good and excellent. Finally you can chose the location to pick it up or have it shipped to you. I pciked it up at my local store but clukd have had it dleivered in 2 days. I also love the freedom of payment methods offered in case you cant afford the full cost you can opt for the pay over time method via zip. Best Buy purchase experience was excellent and no issues there as usual. As for this controller, it’s an excellent stock design, and superior to Xbox default controllers in a lot of ways. However, this is my 4th PS5 controller in 3 years, which is to state that the reliability and longevity on these Sony controllers leaves much to be desired. 5 stars for Best Buy, 3 stars for the Sony controllers due to reliability/longevity issues.

After buying a standard controller about every year or so I decided to give this one a try. Well worth the investment. Now I can just change the thumb joysticks. That will save money in the long run. Plus, all the handy adjustments are a great feature.

Glad to have bought it open-box. It has been more than 3 months with these and I have had 0 issues. It arrived in unbranded packages, but with all accessories. No stick drift issues or button malfunction issues encountered, no scratches or signs of use either.
