Controller works great and I am loving the all black look (compared to the default black & white controller). The feel of this controller and the added features, like haptic feedback, puts this controller above all the rest in my opinion. Bought this extra controller to play games with my wife and son and everybody’s happy!

It's a great control pad for gaming. It's better than the previous generation, the DS4, in that it fits the palm of your hands better. This purchase in particular featured the Midnight Black controller and it looks really good. It's color scheme and overall design is probably Sony's finest when it comes to their entire history of controller accessories. However, as per the name of this 2 star rating, it really needs a longer battery life. A full, 100% charge on standard vibration settings only gives you about 3 or less hours of game time. It is reasonable to claim that 3 hours of gaming is more than enough for a dedicated playthrough but this is not including the fact that battery life will be shortened given enough time. This is not acceptable. IMO, the battery should have been at 70%-100% more of its given capacity. This is to ensure a fully uninterrupted gameplay session without the need to recharge the controller once per day or more.

Such an amazing controller. What PlayStation is done with the haptics is incredible It handles like a cross breed of Xbox and Sony. Everything in the box came as it should, and was in good condition. The only complaint I have is that it did not come with a charging cord, so I still have to use the one cord between the two controllers. As It’s an official Sony controller, that fault lies with them and not Best Buy.

I love this shade of purple and ive only seem these at best buy outside of online. Has no business being this expensive tho

I bought it for my daughter. She love the color. We like the geek squad coverage with will cover drift issues as well.

love the murdered out black color scheme and that its a newer model without the drift defect ... my only complaint is the battery life is still not the greatest on these controllers

My daughter favorite color and she very superstitious when it comes to this controller she will not play the game without it so now she can’t blame her losses on noting cause I show no mercy these kids gonna learn today I want all the smoke haha
