I tried ordering a White controller but they were sold out. This was the only color available. The color isn’t bad. It hasn’t been used yet since my son just got it. I haven’t had any issues with controllers and games purchased at Best Buy so I’m sure this one will be just fine.

Great color but the longevity of these controllers are questionable. Within a year i had to replace two of them as they stopped working.

This PS5 controller is hands down the best controller I’ve ever used. The build quality feels solid and comfortable, even during long gaming sessions. The adaptive triggers and haptic feedback at a whole new level of immersion you can actually feel what’s happening in the game. Button response is smooth and precise, the grip feels great, and the battery life holds up well. Whether I’m playing action games, sports, or shooters, everything feels more responsive and engaging. Overall, this controller takes gaming to the next level and makes every game more fun to play. Definitely a must have for a PS5 owner.

The red in the right side is a "dark wine red" NOT a "bright red" color as shown in trailers and in the box's photo.

Nothing wrong with the controller just Best Buy. Ordered one for black Friday deal. The item never came, just an empty box that wasn't even sealed properly(PIC attached). Spoke with customer service and was told replacement on the way. 8 days later come to find they cancelled the replacement and order because they couldn't honor the Black Friday price. Waste of time!! Should of order from Amazon. I can see why they're going out of business.

Undurable product, stick drift usually occurs within one year of day to day use. Recommend forking the extra 130 for the better controller.

ps5 controller... what more can I say? Charges slow though even with a fast charging cord.

The controller I purchased brand new had stick drift 2 weeks after purchasing

I was either trying to get Cosmic Red or this one, but Midnight Black just looks beautiful and plus it matches with my Insignia dual charging station. Playstation really has quality controllers and theyre sleek looking too.

I haven't played with a worse controller in my entire life. At first it was great it worked great and felt great. Not even a month into ownership the left analog stick has a teribble drift that doesn't go away. I've reset it multiple times, I tried blowing it out with a keyboard cleaner, I tried to recalibrate the controller to see if it would fix it. Nothing. I'm a PC player so the lack of PS4 controllers forced me to purchase a PS5 controller. This is the most expensive piece of garbage I've ever experienced. The price you ppay is not worth the value you recieve.

The right analog stick has developed a wander. Could be from a drop but never happened on a ps4 with similar drops. More pink than red

Good but has its glitch, after about 4 months the analog stick starts to stick so it throws off the aligning in the video game.

What an amazing controller!! ... I saw this on sale the week of black friday ... I Immediately purchased it. It's so comfortable in the hands as I play games with it. Highly Recommend ... 10/10!!!

I think the controller has a glitch in it, so when I use it it takes a minute for me to press the buttons so that they can work again and my joy sticks work but when I use them in a driving game the car doesn’t turn at all.

The built-in microphone and speaker are also nice touches that make communication easy without always needing a headset. Overall, this is easily one of the best controllers Sony has ever made. If you own a PS5, the DualSense is a huge part of what makes the system feel next-gen. Highly recommended.

I used my 1st controller since the day after PS5 came out. By February 9, 2021 i was buying a second controller because the first controller analog sticks reached max drift. At first it was come and go, so i was thinking it was a software problem. Controller reset even seemed to reset the controller back to minimal drift, but only the 1st time i tried it. Now my second controller is drifting more everyday. Im debating should i buy a 3rd one today (5/25/21) because i need it. Ps4 controllers maybe have same PS5 analogs but they never go out from drift this fast being clean & not dropped. I may just check into sending it back with the warranty.

Needed a second controller for my ps5, got this one on black friday sale with open box for 40+tax. Was in perfect condition and has geld up well through multiple play sessions.

very good wireless control for your ps5 you can play the same way than the other one and you can switched when your wireless controller is low in charged it is very useful
