Incredible quality -- zero stick drift compared to Xbox controllers and my first OG DualSense. It makes a perfect PC controller for those that prefer the symmetrical stick layout. It's also extremely quiet which is appreciated in a world where most peripherals and controllers emphasize loud clicks (OK for a keyboard but not needed on a gamepad). My only complaint is the low-ish battery life at 8-12 hours per charge, but I think it's worth it for the quality. It also has much lower measured latency vs. other wireless controllers at just 6-8ms average latency over Bluetooth.

Upon arriving, I explained that my controller wasn’t working and that I had warranty, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure that I got something that was working, and that I was comfortable with. I really loved how they kept apologizing for the inconvenience of not having a certain controller in stock so they made it work

Pleasingly sturdier beast than its predecessor, the DualSense outshines the PS4’s DualShock 4 in every conceivable way. Bought this for my daughter and she loves it. Paired easily with her ps5 and she uses it everynight. Losing stars because of price and the fact that it still uses regular alps thumbsticks and not hall effect or tmr for the price. Otherwise the dualsense is a great controller

It had a sleek design and is very comfortable to hold. I play with my husband and the stick does not drift at all. Very good.

Beautiful design on the controller and still works great to this day. Made my experience playing Spiderman 2 so much better.

I like the controller but ended up trading for the dual sense edge, preventing myself from future stick drift problems. But the color is nice!

Such an amazing controller, Sony always does it best to find new ways to improve thier gaming experience with this new PS5 controller. I truly love how nice looking it is and feels to control.

The controller works great. Works just like the one that came with my PS5. The color is great too. Shimmers when you move it like a pearl or oyster color.

The design is great. This controller feels good in my hands. The only thing I don’t like is the plastic build. This is my 6th dualsense in 3 years and everyone of my previous ones eventually developed joystick drift. I’m not sure if I’m just to hard on the joysticks, but this never happened with any of my PS4 controllers. I added the insurance plan for this one just in case. I’m tired of damaged $75 controllers.

I loved this controller right away. Battery life is solid, haptic feedback is great. It is in almost every way a clear upgrade from the previous PS4 controller (which was an upgrade from the PS3 controller). Other than that it just does what it should do... it works! My only gripe is price point... 70 bucks for a controller is beyond steep at this point.

Controller works as expected. All the controls and buttons work fine with good game response. The price is little high but the sale price made it a little better to justify.
